To ensure efficiency and fairness, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be subject to no fee—a one-time complimentary cancellation. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $75. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
